fragment mirror

Here is one of the latest mirrors Jean and I created together.  Adorned with 18th century Italian wooden gold-leaf fragments and fossil shell, the base design of this frame stems from the hand-cast plaster pour pieces that are attached onto a wooden frame base with organic limestone Venetian Plaster.  One of my favorite pieces, the glass installed is antique mirror.   Naturally distressed with organic ash this piece is currently on display in The Bank of America Building downtown and is on sale for $2,600.

Such a unique piece!
